I consider myself a funny teacher. I truly believe that a laid-back quirky atmosphere can help you loosen up and enjoy practicing a new language without any fear. Jokes, giggles with a sprinkle of silliness are the secret ingredients of my teaching process.
On a more serious note I am true fan of an American pronunciation and its array of different accents state to state. I get a kick out of teaching phonetics and strive to make it interesting and fun for my students.
That being said, I'm also constantly learning about American Culture, particularly, slang, which is essential for speaking English like a native. I'm all ears when it comes to discovering and sharing the latest slang terms. Therefore, my teaching priority is to provide real authentic English with all its accent colors and informal words alongside C1 vocabulary to really challenge and hone your skills.
